Every shape needs the fabric to strained a certain way so make sure you learn the method before covering.
Always use good quality foams such as Dunlop Enduro .
Always put a Dacron membrane over foam when using velvet to stop the pile coming out.

The latest advancement in technology is the ability to digitally print images onto fabric.
Nucleus has been working with Bravo Digital print group and have achieve some excellent results.
2010 brings digital printed template style fabrics that line up and add a new degree of fabric placement.

Large Ottomans

Nucleus Designs and Upholstery can fabricate any job large or small.
These Ottomans were finished with a diamond buttoned top and a solid ply frame.
They were used in the JB Weir Marque at the Australian Masters 09.

Custom Blue Lounge

This piece was also done for the Australian Masters 09.
Painted in a blue lacquer and covered in 2 different blues is really quite affective.

Outdoor Cushions

Made from a UV stabelised Canvas and filled with an outdoor foam.
These cushions are comfortable and practical.

Local Artwork Antique Settee

From the Victorian age this piece was covered in a local artists artwork.
Printed at a local printer and covered by Nucleus Designs and Upholstery.

Custom Made Ottoman

Covered in a Roma fabric and fabricated by Nucleus Designs Upholstery Melbourne.
This large 1m x 1m ottoman is constructed out of ply and contains Dunlop foam and legs by Warwick.

Vespa Motorbike Seat

This seat turned out to be way to soft for the rider.
Nucleus Designs and Upholstery fabricated new foam insides and raised the seat an extra inch by request.

Custom Flame Seat

Just a straight up re cover with some stitching of flames to give it some individuality.

Leather Van Interior

Gone was the dirty vinyl interior and in with the custom orange white stitched leather.
Little bucketing was added to the seats and an arm rest for comfort.
Also added was air lumber support at the pump of a hand.

Suede Interior

A two tone interior of a Subaru which is finished off in a white stitch .

Truck Seat

She was quit old and worn out but now lives agin in comfort and style.
